I've cut some traditional Celtic knotwork patterns into live-edge basswood round slabs using my scroll saw.
The basswood round slabs are held in position by a twisted copper rod mounted in a live-edge maple round slab base.
Three rubber feet are screwed into the bottom of each piece's base to help keep it stable on most surfaces.
The Ohio Wood Art logo and maker's mark are laser-engraved onto the bottom of the base.
Finished with several coats of polyurethane.
