Shipping Policy

Ohio Wood Art offers free USPS ground shipping (typically 3 - 5 business days) on most U.S. orders to the lower 48 states.

If an item does not qualify for free USPS ground shipping (usually due to size or weight restrictions), shipping options and costs will be clearly listed in the item's description.

Ohio Wood Art can usually accommodate, at the customer's expense, other shipping requests such as:

Ohio Wood Art usually ships orders within 3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii

  • Express, priority, or next-day shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx

  • LTL freight services

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Ohio Wood Art products are crafted by hand with the highest possible attention to detail and from the best quality materials available.  We make every attempt to ensure that only products that meet our standards and represent Ohio Wood Art's mission are offered for sale.  Customer satisfaction is Ohio Wood Art's top priority.

As handmade products, they can and probably will include minor imperfections, blemishes, checks, or other 'character marks'.  Of course, as perfectionists, we try to do everything with absolute accuracy; as humans, our creations are imperfect just like us.

With that said, if you need to return a product you purchased from Ohio Wood Art, please contact us (ian@ohiowoodart.com) with details so we can work with you to find a resolution to the issue.  If an Ohio Wood Art product is damaged or altered after delivery, it is no longer returnable but it may be repairable depending on the circumstances.  Most returned products are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Custom, commissioned, or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.  Advance payment for custom, commissioned, or personalized products is non-refundable.

Exchanging a product for another of the same product is usually not possible since Ohio Wood Art products are handmade individually or in small batches, but for certain products exchange is an option.  Contact us (ian@ohiowoodart.com) with your request and we'll work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
